Service providers used by HMind and their data purposes. Data is processed for the relevant service or request; payment and sign-in on third-party pages also follow their own notices.
Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.)
Website access, downloads and online file services — access requests, IP addresses and security information; attachments and export files you choose to upload. Used when visiting the site or using connected services.
Supabase (Supabase Pte. Ltd.)
Account and online data services — account and profile information, login status, synced maps and versions, sharing permissions, feedback and purchase entitlements needed for the requested service. Anonymous desktop first-launch observations are stored separately without account association.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.)
Account email delivery — recipient email, verification/reset message and delivery metadata, when an account email is sent. No map content is needed for this purpose.
Apple
Apple sign-in and App Store purchases — authorized identity fields and authentication requests if you select Apple sign-in; app/product identifiers, transaction and validation data for store purchases and restores. Apple handles store payment information.
Google sign-in and Google Play purchases — authorized identity fields and authentication requests if you select Google sign-in; app/product identifiers, purchase tokens and validation data for store purchases and restores. Google handles store payment information.
Stripe
Website/direct-download billing — account/customer identifiers, email, product, checkout, subscription and invoice records when you buy or manage Pro through Stripe. Payment details you enter are handled on Stripe pages.
Google Analytics 4
Optional website measurement — sanitized routes/referrers, fixed page title, browser/device and cookie identifiers, and limited events while analytics is enabled by default. Reject or withdraw through Cookie settings to stop future HMind analytics events.
Your control
Keep maps local-only, revoke sharing, reject website analytics or request account deletion. Stopping sync does not erase cloud copies; revoking a share does not retrieve saved copies. Manage file/photo permissions in system settings; declining affects the related action. Email support@hmind.app for rights requests.
